How can I participate in a writing studio?

What is a Writing Studio?: A group effort writing, editing, proofing, paste-up project done in our offices for a set time duration. This simultaneous “round robin” system is how we produce hundreds of products and thousands of pages each year.

Who can participate?: We cater to strong writers who can follow directions, adapt on the fly, be 100% dependable, can meet deadlines, and who enjoy working in this joint effort studio concept. Writers must apply for any forthcoming studio and also meet all other Gallopade criteria.

When?: Studios run year-round. Some are a few days; others longer. Some studios run nights and weekends. A few can be done at home, but this website is primarily devoted to notification, application, and acceptance of writers for our temporary writing studios, where we produce product for the upcoming educational year.

Where?: Studios are held at Gallopade International, 6000 Shakerag Hill, Suite 314, Peachtree City, Georgia. Occasionally larger studios are held off-site.

Why?: We have found our studio program to be enjoyable, effective, and lucrative for frequent writer participants. A studio let's us get product done faster and better, adapt on the fly to variations, and answer questions, so that all may learn and adapt at the same time, much easier.

How?: To apply to be a studio researcher, writer, editor, proofreader, designer, artist, or wrangler, you must take the general test below. Next you must pass a writing test for a specific studio. Any studio freelancer must sign a work for hire agreement. All copyrights for ANY material written are owned by Gallopade/Carole Marsh.
